Publisher: Ecufilm
Subjects: Loss, Sorrow, Grief
Description: This is a six-part series featuring Ron del Bene, an Episcopal priest, who has worked since l963 with individuals and groups in spiritual development. Each segment consists of close ups of a variety of people telling of their personal experiences with friends and relatives who have died. Study guide included.

"Death is a fact of life." That's easy to say but not so easy to deal with, especially when the death is that of a loved one. We even sometimes find it difficult to relate to those whose loved ones are dying, because we feel we don't know what to say or how to help. Some say its's not death but dying that frightens them, and in a sense that may be true for all of us, making it hard to relate helplfully to those who are dying and to their families and friends.

And that's what this series is about. It's for anyone who will ever have to deal with the death of a loved one or relate to someone whose loved one is dying-in other words for any of us. It is for those who, in a volunteer or professional capacity, have taken on the responsibility to be there for persons who are dying, their families, loved ones and friends.
Age Groups: None specified.
