Description: 88 min./2013. This film is the delightful story of The Little Brown Church, the "Church in the Wildwood" song that made it famous, and the people whose lives have been touched by this "little brown church" in Nashua, Iowa. To date, it has been the home to nearly 74,000 weddings in the last 100 years. Narrated by the current pastor, Jim Mann, the film tells the story of the songwriter's vision and the church that was developed some time later. Mann is also interviewed and appears throughout the film. Jimmy Fortune, formerly of the Statler Brothers, also appears in a short interview. Share the laughter, the tears, and the heartwarming stories of people that have made the church their wedding destination and left with a memory to last forever.
